Let diners order from their table
Scan to Order lets guests scan a table QR code, browse your menu and send their order straight to your POS and kitchen, so your team can spend less time taking orders and more time serving.
Built for the lunch rush
Give staff more room to serve
When the dining room fills up, guests can scan the QR code at their table and place their own order while your team keeps the counter moving. Each order reaches the POS and kitchen without another round trip across the floor.
- Orders flow straight to your POS and kitchen
- Guests browse your current menu on their own phone
- Staff stay focused on the counter and dining room

Practical answers for your outlet
Check what Scan to Order means for your plan, setup and day-to-day service before you enable it.
Is Scan to Order included in my plan?
Availability can vary by StoreHub plan and market. BackOffice will show whether it is included for your outlet and any additional cost before you turn it on.
How long does setup take?
A basic setup can be completed in one sitting. Allow time to review the guest menu, confirm your table labels and run a test order before making the QR codes available to diners.
Will it change my current menu or hardware?
No. Scan to Order uses the menu already in BackOffice and sends orders into your current StoreHub POS and kitchen flow. Turning it on does not replace your existing menu, service settings or hardware.
Can I turn it off later?
Yes. You can pause Scan to Order in BackOffice whenever you need to. New QR orders will stop while the rest of your StoreHub setup continues as usual.
Will it fit how my team already works?
Diner orders arrive alongside staff-entered orders in the POS and kitchen flow. Your team still controls item availability, order checks and table service, with fewer trips spent taking the initial order.
Ready for the next service
Take order-taking off your team
Turn on Scan to Order for your outlet, check the guest menu and run one test order. Your current menu and service setup stay in place.
